FormPilot is built for small home-service teams that need quote requests to work without extra admin. If something is blocking your forms, responses, billing, or integrations, contact us with enough detail to reproduce the issue.

  • Your workspace name.
  • The form name or public form link, if relevant.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording when useful.
  • The approximate time the issue happened.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, private webhook secrets, OAuth tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

Before You Contact Us

  • Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
  • Confirm the form is published, not just saved as a draft.
  • Check whether your plan limit, storage limit, or AI summary limit has been reached.
  • For integrations, use the test or retry controls in settings where available.
  • For Google Sheets, confirm the connected Google account still has access to the spreadsheet and tab.
  • For Slack, confirm the incoming webhook URL is still valid.
  • For webhooks and Zapier-compatible workflows, confirm your destination returns a 2xx response within 10 seconds.
  • For custom domains, confirm the DNS record shown in FormPilot is present at your DNS provider and has had time to propagate.

Feature Availability

Available today: branded public form links, private media uploads, OpenAI-powered summaries, dashboard responses, CSV export, email notifications, customer analytics, custom domains, webhooks, Slack incoming webhook notifications, Google Sheets sync, Zapier-compatible webhooks, and read-only API keys.

Not available today: Slack OAuth app install, Google Workspace Marketplace app, Zapier app listing, Drive picker, two-way Google Sheets sync, and API write access.
